[Dual Post]
[Journal Post]
I am proud to announce that I am now and have always been old enough to have one of these online social media platforms and no one can stop me from posting to the internet. I have obtained true freedom. Also, that I am accepted to Duel Academy, LDS, and a few other schools that I absolutely definitely applied for and am not overwhelmed, who would be overwhelmed?
[Event]
After the slightly more strange apocalypse that may have ripped open a few holes in reality, Helen has been, well. Slightly harder to find than usual. But don't worry Domino. It's time for everyone's least favorite game besides Dungeon Dice Monsters: 'Why is Helen here, please I've done nothing wrong' Except she's... a teen now? There are competing memories when you look at her, remembering her as the creepy child and also the fact that she's always been 14, as long as you've known her.
... probably best to not think about it too hard.
She is:
1. Applying for jobs. But not like, normal teen jobs like retail or cafes. No, she's in OOPARTS, your secret labs, places she probably shouldn't be with a resume that's... just her name and birthdate, and that birthdate that wobbles and bends and hurts to look at.
2. Finalizing her paperwork at a dueling academy! It doesn't matter which one, she's there, scribbling down stuff. At DA she seems relaxed in its perplexing miasma. At LDS, she's staring at class choices and sitting down with three decks as she whispers to each, running her fingers over them.
3. She's doing normal stuff! She's drinking a coffee drink through a straw that isn't there if you look too close like a normal girl! Shopping for tattered black robes and occult objects, like a normal girl!

Re: [Journal]
... I'm not sure whether I should groan or, be a dumbass and ask you, since you're older now... by how much?
To get things tweens aren't allowed to have.

You're grounded, young lady.

Unjust! Unfair! I didn't know it would do that! These are consequences not of my own making for once!

And he's looking at you like you give him an intense headache.*
Re: [Event 2]
"Oh! Hey there, are you going to be one of my instructors? I'm Helen Wakahisa-Briar, aspiring student! I duel using..." She squints at her decks, then at you
"... Decks!"
Re: [Event 2]
I'd... certainly hope you duel using decks, or else I'd say you're in the wrong school.
Can you tell me what type of decks you use, so I can hopefully... Help you, here?
*he says that awkwardly, like he's not sure what to even help about you in the first place.*

*Mamoru's quick to firmly respond to realizing what you likely just handed him in the AI lab.
Thankfully for you and perhaps also the lingering threads of his sanity, your... fluxing of causality and time has gone smoothly with his perception, but it doesn't mean you're getting away with this, young lady.*
Re: [Event 1]
It's definitely for the best. Mamoru is the one person who shouldn't absolutely lose it.
Re: [Event 1]
*which his current assistants include an alien, his nephew, and a young woman of aggressive demeanor, with possibly a robot later.*
Besides, this resume seems... Off.

Because someone equally cursed-feeling has come across you scribbling things down for the enrollment. there'll definitely be nothing wrong happening here.*
Oh, a new student?
Re: [Event 2]
"I will be this next term, yes. Helen Wakahisa-Briar. Are you a professor here?"
Re: [Event 2]
*points to a totally inconspicuous young man with long platinum blonde hair in the orange-tinged uniform hiding in a tree a short distance away*
And that's my stalker-slash-handler. Don't mind him, he thinks he's sneaky.

[ So while you're probably hassling some poor clerk who is doing supernatural archival duties, you hear heavy footfalls behind you. ]
...I don't think I've seen you before.
[ He has the distinct feeling his life is going to get unimaginably harder after this. ]
Re: [Event 1]
Helen grins wide and it is... pleasant. In that she's genuinely smiling, excited like a teen meeting their hero, which she absolutely is. It is NOT pleasant to look at, it is horrible to see, too wide, the angles are wrong, and there's absolutely too many sharp teeth.
"My name is Helen Wakahisa-Briar, my parents are Wakahisa Gwen and Kaz D. Briar. It is a pleasure to meet you!"
Re: [Event 1]
...I guess that makes me Uncle Onni, to you. Welcome to OOPARTS, Helen. [ He is smiling while trying to make sense of the logistics in his head. ] ... You're fairly young, aren't you? Are you enrolled in Duel Academy yet?
